Merry Christmas

As you celebrate this special day with family and friends take the time to be truly grateful. I mean actually say out loud to yourself what you are thankful for. Some families experience lots of stress today because they host and cook most of the food and want to make everything perfect. Do take the time to honor each other, share with each other what you are thankful for, even go around the table during Christmas dinner and give thanks.

Merry Christmas - Find Your CenterAn excellent activity this year rather than just passing more stuffing and talking football, which is excellent as well, so lets say in addition to, is going around the table and sharing with your family what your biggest success was and in turn seeing if the family has anything else to add. Sometimes we don’t see our own successes and it’s a great conversation that can really create a nice dynamic and stronger family bond during this holiday season.

Take lots of pics, flip video, and practice being present for your loved ones.
