Hey Patricia,
Great start, you are ahead of the game. Continue using hydrogen peroxide and now add rock salt, baking soda, and mint juice for the ultimate natural mouthwash.

In reply to <a href="https://coachadamcobb.com/2014/08/04/1-way-reduce-chances-getting-sick/#comment-31">Nandi</a>.

Hey Nandi good to hear from you! Great question. If you floss well, you get most of the particles of food out of your mouth. Then the mouthwash cleanses further and takes out all the remaining residue. By the time you brush, it becomes more of a polish, which is what brushing originally was made for. Unfortunately, statistics show most people only brush.
As per your second question, for an average person who sleeps 8 hours, your mouth is inactive and bacteria has several hours to grow. Flossing at that point becomes a great tool to get rid of any build up. I did not mention it in the video, but the ideal scenario would be to FMB (floss, mouthwash, brush) after breakfast. At the end of the day, if you only make time for AM or PM flossing, night time flossing wins every time in your daily wellness rhythm.

I totally agree on the clean mouth good health front. Can you comment on type of mouthwash. My naturopath suggested NOT using antibacterial mouthwash, because it kills not only the good but the bad bacteria in your mouth. So I use hydrogen peroxide...it takes some getting used to but seems to work!

Hi, thanks for the tip! But why gargle before brushing? Why floss in the morning when you haven't eaten since your previous flossing?
