					<description><![CDATA[Something I&#039;ve learned recently is if I start my day with something small and simple - rolling on balls I leave by my bed - I&#039;m more likely to incorporate movement later in the day. It&#039;s like it wakes up my body so I&#039;ll listen to it later when it&#039;s craving movement, instead of putting off a workout to bang out a few more emails, or whatever. 
I LOVE your tip about planning and prepping 2 more meals - I&#039;m starting that today! I always start out strong with breakfast and your tip makes me realize I&#039;ve been &quot;failing to plan&quot; and we know what that means :)
