Recipe for Plant Protein Pancakes Using 8DaysAWeek Supplement


  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop 8DaysAWeek plant protein
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Place wet ingredients in blender or food processor first
  2. Place dry ingredients in blender or food processor
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Cook batter on skillet on medium-low heat
  5. Wait for the pancakes to bubble or cook half way and then flip
  6. Finish cooking pancakes on other side, serve and enjoy immediately

PRO TIP: Placing wet ingredients in the blender first helps the blending process

Suggested toppings: fresh berries or fruit of your choice, pure maple syrup, a sprinkle of coconut or cacao powder, fresh nuts, oats, or nut butter
