
Recipe for Plant Protein Pancakes Using 8DaysAWeek Supplement
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop 8DaysAWeek plant protein
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Place wet ingredients in blender or food processor first
- Place dry ingredients in blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Cook batter on skillet on medium-low heat
- Wait for the pancakes to bubble or cook half way and then flip
- Finish cooking pancakes on other side, serve and enjoy immediately
PRO TIP: Placing wet ingredients in the blender first helps the blending process
Suggested toppings: fresh berries or fruit of your choice, pure maple syrup, a sprinkle of coconut or cacao powder, fresh nuts, oats, or nut butter
