Yes, I think it’s ideal not to eat at least 2-3 hours before you go to sleep.
I always have said eating water/lemon or greens in the am, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, then small (no sugar) snack (2 hours before bedtime) is the way to go to maintain the most energy during the day, while revving up your metabolism.
I would focus more on healthy fats, making sure you are getting a small amount of starches without bread and dietary soluble fiber (legumes, etc) Remember, simple vs. complex carb. Remember the phrase simple = spike (blood sugar) Complex = continuous (energy)

Hi Adam! I simply love these videos and your passion towards health, wellness + an overall passionate and love filled life. I was wondering if you could answer these questions for me?

-Do you believe with regards to weight loss it is better to not eat after a certain time - say 7-8pm?

-Are 5-6 smaller meals the best? Making breakfast and lunch your biggest meals? I feel if I eat this way I'm always hungry :)

-Being a vegan, would you concentrate more on healthy fats or health/complex carbs (fruit/sweet p's/quinoa)

-if weight loss is a goal (not the main one at all) should carbs (Healthy ones) be a source of mindfulness?

So sorry for all the questions!! I'm just really inspired by you and feel like your wealth of knowledge is above and beyond.

Thank You so much and have a beautiful weekend.
