Here are five proven ways to get mind-body-soul benefits of gratitude daily.<br /> <span id="more-873"></span><br /> <img decoding="async" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-874" style="margin: 0 10px 0 0; border: none;" title="thank-you-fycnyc" src="" alt="Gratitude - Thank You - Find Your Center" width="200" height="156" />1. Walk &#8212; and list out loud all the things you are thankful for, your attitude and energy will get a boost.</p>
<p>2. Talk &#8212; go around the table and say what you are grateful for.</p>
<p>3. Visit &#8212; write a letter expressing your gratitude to someone, then visit or call the person and read them the letter.</p>
<p>4. Pray &#8212; your prayers can consist of two simple words, &#8220;thank you&#8221;.</p>
<p>5. Say &#8212; thank people daily for the little things, thank everyone on your path, be specific about what each person does that you are grateful for.</p>
