1. Walk — and list out loud all the things you are thankful for, your attitude and energy will get a boost.
2. Talk — go around the table and say what you are grateful for.
3. Visit — write a letter expressing your gratitude to someone, then visit or call the person and read them the letter.
4. Pray — your prayers can consist of two simple words, “thank you”.
5. Say — thank people daily for the little things, thank everyone on your path, be specific about what each person does that you are grateful for.
