Adam’s Supplement Choice

Many people ask me, “What supplement is a staple in your life, if I could only choose one what would it be?”

Omega 3 +D - Find Your CenterThe one supplement that I take everyday and always travels with me is Omega 3 fish oil also known as EPA and DHA. Omega 3 supports cholesterol balance, cardiovascular, joint, and skin health as well as immune system function. Basically, if you are looking to have skin that glows, delay aging, increase lean muscle, lose weight and really lean out then Omega 3 should be an everyday supplement for you as well.

A close second is Vitamin D, especially for all the New Yorkers and Northeast residents because Vitamin D is available naturally from the sun.
