Improve Your Health with Breakfast

After an outstanding life changing trip to California, getting back Monday night at 10 pm and having a full day Tuesday from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm consisting of clients, meeting, emails, and phone conferences, I found my fridge rather barren, but I was able to still make a healthy breakfast: grilled a dozen asparagus, two eggs, feta cheese and salsa on the side. A healthy balanced breakfast that took just 10 minutes.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That probably doesn’t motivate you that much but what about if you hear it differently. Breaking your fast or Break-fast is important because it starts your metabolism, allows your inner metabolism to start working, so even though you can’t workout till later, your body can start working for you without even stepping on the treadmill.

That’s right!!! You are increasing your health by having breakfast. If that isn’t enough, how about mood elevation, positive outlook, increase work performance, and be a better listener which in turn produces a more effective communicator.
Start your day right, wake up 10 to 15 minutes earlier and give yourself the edge. Have a great breakfast!

  1. Perfect timing to read about your 60 day challenge, although a couple of days late.
    Just got back from Cali as well and your challenge is timely for me.
    Breakfast today (day 1 for me) Brown rice,kale, black beans with Nori,ginger and celtic sea salt.
