Alejandro Zaga-masri

In 2013 a thin, short 8th grader became my youngest client, I remember thinking do I need some type of special waiver because he’s so young. After our first session I saw that Ale was not your average 8th grader. He was wise beyond his years, with a unique sense of wonder and a competitive mindset that rivaled his peers.

Four years later Ale’s “old soul” spirit has only grown in strength like the young Jedi he is. His courage to step into the unknown and navigate consistently out of his comfort zone has him in contention for “the most interesting high school senior in the world” award. It’s no surprise to me that competing on the Mexican ski team with his eyes set on the Olympics is his new normal.

There couldn’t be a better time for us to travel down this journey together as “the Coach” 4 years later, now working exclusively with high performance athletes and actors and “the Student” who is now a performance athlete and an actor/singer.

These videos are just the beginning, as we continue to work together and design a program that fits your needs. We will place massive attention to detail on alignment; rapid reflex response for performance; and the best movements to yield the greatest results and prevent injury. Followed by mindfulness and deep breathing techniques to cultivate a champion mindset; custom meal plan; and supplement protocols that will fuel your focus so you never get tired again.

Lets get that gold!!
