Time To Relax and Recharge

Sunday fun day, fuel your fun with a hearty breakfast. For some, Sunday means pancakes, football, pizza, wings, and then they wonder why Monday is so hard to wake up; why are they so depressed. Start your Sunday off today with a breakfast consisting of:
Relax - Sundy at Find Your Center
• Steel Cut oats, John McCann’s Irish Oatmeal
• Almond butter, I prefer trader joe’s unsalted crunchy, no oil sitting on top every time you open the jar
• Mix of blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, touch of cinnamon

Bonus tip: soak your oats in Acai / Pomegranate or Apple juice, for 24 hours. Find a juice with a sugar content below 12g. I prefer Lakewood.

Follow up a great breakfast by getting outdoors. We spend so much time inside the house, inside the car, inside the office, it’s time to get outside and get some fresh air.

You’ll be amazed at how simply getting outdoors for a little bit of exercise will leave you feeling energized and invigorated. Add a friend and go for a walk, run, cycle, basketball or anything else you can think and you have an added bonus.

Last but not least, set aside some special “you” time each weekend. When you can indulge yourself in a book, listen to some music, or just chill out.

Your friend in health,
Adam aka Guru
