The Alchemist

The Alchemist, written by Paulo Coelho, is one of my favorite masterpieces. Its more than a novel, its a way of living. Balance in life, real centeredness, comes through a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The Alchemist will nourish the health of your mind and spirit. I wanted to share a few a my favorite notes with the hope that you may explore it on your own throughout our 60 day challenge to be the best you. I share the same feelings as the American publisher Harper Collins when he said that “Reading The Alchemist was like getting up at dawn and seeing the sun rise while the rest of the world still slept.”

Advanced Cross-Training Workout

 

I really look forward to my cross-training workout.  This is one of my official workouts and it’s extreme–so proceed with caution if you choose to follow it. I know that I preach simple movement—but as you enhance your own momentum in movement, you have to change up your exercises so there is consistent muscle confusion.

Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding certain exercises and ways that you may modify the workout for your level by responding to the blog entry.
